After switching on the Pulsetron / Foot Wamer CR, set the function selector on "strong" to preheat the warmer for 10-20minutes ( If the room temperature is higher than 20°C, preheating is not necessary). Pour 300ml drinking water into the glass, and put the glass into the magnetic pulse-coil, which is on the surface of the warmer. When you use the Pulsetron / Foot Wamer CR for the first time, it is better to have a try by selecting the "Weak"scale. When you have got some experience, you can select "strong" or "weak" scale according to the room temperature and your physical constitution. 3. It is appropriate to use the Pulsetron / Foot Wamer CR two times everyday. The treatment duration on any position of your body should be less than one hour.
