Before Use: |

Clean the areas of the body for attachment of electromagnetic electrode pads. Use of lotion / conductive gel recommended for better connection. Plug the electrode / strap leads (15 in illustration) securely into jacks of main unit. |

Before using device, drink 500cc water. |
|

Plug the adaptor into power socket. Wait 10 seconds while device self-inspects.
Press ON/OFF Button (3) and Infrared LED ON/OFF Button (11) to start your EH007BH. |

Press Function Button (5) to select footboard (Sole) Function, and the Sole indicator light will blink. Press Up / Down Buttons (6,7) to select wave intensity setting (levels 1~99).
Press Function Button (5) again to initiate Time Set, then press Up / Down Buttons (6,7) to choose a time setting (from 0 to 90 minutes).
Press Function Button (5) again to select Mode Set, then press Up / Down Buttons (6,7) to choose an automatic program mode (from 1 to 25). |

Applying Electrodes or Straps to Body: |

Use Connecting Electrode Leads (17) to connect the Electromagnetic Wave Straps (20) or Electrode Pads (15) to Electrode Jacks (13). Secure the Straps around your legs, arms or waist, or affix the electrode pads to the areas of the body targeted for stimulation. |

The Auto Mode will start automatic mode programs (1~25) automatically. Each interval takes 1 minute. Press Auto Button (4) again to stay on the current program mode. Especially if using EH007BH for the first time, you can choose the most comfortable program mode from 25 available. |
