Shipping Standard shipping for smaller products is via USPS Priority Mail. In-stock items are usually shipped the same day for all standard orders placed before 3pm. Customers ordering from HI, AK and from Canada will be contacted with correct shipping charges before your order is processed. Certain large or heavy items will ship via common freight carrier (truck). Lost or Damaged Goods: For your protection, when receiving merchandise from any source, you should carefully examine your order. Inspect boxes for damage and check your shipment against the packing slip/bill of lading to verify receipt of all boxes and content. Have the driver note damage or shortages on your delivery receipt and keep all cartons and packing material. Damage or shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery in order to make a claim We will ship to street addresses only - no P.O. Boxes.
